Rental Items
Bridal rental items require a security deposit. Items must be returned within the agreed period in original condition. Damage or late returns may incur charges.
Purchased Items
Unworn, unused jewellery and bags in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom or clearance items are final sale.
How to Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
